The DV17 is compatible with 28 inch tyres (and two 27 inch sizes) and with 28-47 mm tyre widths. The DV19, then, is compatible with 27.5 inch, 28 inch and 29 inch tyre sizes and 40-60 mm tyre widths. And the DV16 is intended particularly for narrow tyres, viz. 28-32 mm wide, also for 28 inch tyre sizes.
